My hands moved faster and faster. So that was why Helion had silently followed Rediak’s orders.

Even going so far as to seal himself away to protect those children? That’s why he wasn’t punished as Rediak’s accomplice. The missing pieces were slowly falling into place through this diary.

Of course, Ken was looking at me with a slightly startled expression because of the curse I’d just blurted out.

I gave an awkward laugh and waved my hand dismissively. Only then did Ken force his expression to harden and look straight ahead, and I opened the diary once more.

Not only Rediak but Peficta too was involved in the deaths of the other disciples… Ever since they mentioned the orphanage children being killed, I’d had my suspicions…
