As if hearing it for the first time, Nigel’s eyes widened, prompting Jayden to tilt his head in confusion.

“Huh? I thought you already knew about my family’s reputation… that the second son, deemed incapable because of his eye color, usurped the capable eldest son’s position and inherited the house.”
