“D-day?”

Marcus emphasized his point.

“If someone had comforted her that day, if she had even one person to be with her, maybe that terrible incident wouldn’t have happened.”
Marcus looked at Kyle with sincere eyes.
“The safety of the passengers is more important than anything, even the first voyage of the Dekona. As a captain, there’s nothing more important than saving a passenger’s life.”
The captain approached Kyle with a determined look.
Then, he carefully took something out of his pocket.
