“It’s nothing.”

Idrish snapped sharply, turning his gaze back out the window. The maid, sensing the mood, quickly picked up the teacup and left the room.

Idrish couldn’t tear his eyes away from the couple outside the window—the two looked far too well-suited.

“What on earth could they be talking about so amusingly, without even coming inside?”

Terminos had even lightly touched Cecilia’s hair.

Seeing that, Idrish’s mind turned sticky and chaotic, as if someone had spilled an entire pot of pumpkin soup inside his head.

He even began to resent Cecilia herself.

Wasn’t this going too far, no matter how you looked at it?

It had only been about a month since Cecilia told him she liked him.

As if she only saw Ternya and didn’t care about him at all.
