My face twisted involuntarily—could he possibly be referring to Alphon lands?

In truth, calling it “Alphon lands” sounded grand, but it was really just a desolate place abandoned for a thousand years amid dense wilderness and the ruins of a collapsed magic tower.

No matter how much magic one used to turn such a place into a resort, it would hardly be somewhere one could truly relax.

Perhaps only Euphemia and Raphael, who enjoyed hunting, might disagree.

“You don’t know?”

Joseph brought a strand of my hair, which he’d been holding between his fingers, gently to his lips and kissed it lightly as he spoke.

“Won’t Hotel Chronos be completed soon?”

“Oh… right.”

“We’ll begin accepting reservations starting next year, so until then, wouldn’t it be nice to use it as a residence for you and our children?”

His eyes narrowed slightly as he gave a soft, warm smile.
