“You should rest today.”

Hayden muttered, watching her closely.

“Huh?”

They had just finished breakfast. Rest already? That was unthinkable for a diligent knight. But after questioning him, Lu immediately slumped her head down, clearly worn out.

“See? You need to rest.”

This was utterly absurd. Even if she was a knight who primarily used magic, she had never been this weak physically.

“Your Majesty, I can walk on my own.”

“Preparing?”

“Yes, preparing. Didn’t you promise to be my partner?”

Surely she hadn’t forgotten already? It was too late to back out now. Hayden fixed his gaze on Lu as firmly as if stamping a seal.

“I’ve never done anything like that before. Are you really sure it’ll be alright?”

“It’s nothing special. Just dance with me—that’s all.”
