Something soft and warm touched my fingertips.

Even in my half-asleep state, I reached out and gently stroked it. What is this?

Following my touch, that warm lump burrowed into my right side. Not only that, but a fluffy warmth rolled into my left side as well, and something damp brushed against my cheek.

Still, it wasn’t uncomfortable at all sleeping with Sammeomma, thanks to how enormous the bed was. Right here lay the kind of “massive bed you could roll over several times without fear of falling off,” often mentioned in novels.

I was only slightly worried about accidentally crushing the little ones in my sleep, but fortunately, my sleeping habits weren’t that bad. If anything, I was the one getting kicked by Sammeomma while sleeping.

Careful not to startle them, I slowly sat up. Cuty and Tiny, having lost their cool human pillow, grumbled a bit, but quickly fell back asleep after I gently stroked them.

Leaving Sammeomma to sleep a little longer, I stepped down from the bed and slipped my feet into fluffy slippers. The sensation against my soles felt blissful, as if walking on clouds.

‘These must be incredibly expensive too.’

I reached out and turned on the mana lamp sitting on the console. Its soft yellow glow faintly illuminated the room.

I looked around the newly revealed, pristine white, elegant room.
