It had been a while since their last date.

Although there were many things Kang Hyun and Ji Yeon wanted to do together, they eventually decided to spend their time relaxing at home, now lounging on a spacious sofa watching a movie.

“Kang Hyun, what kinds of things does your mother like?”

Ji Yeon, who had been snuggled up in his arms and wriggling playfully, suddenly lifted her head and asked.

He looked down into her eyes and saw them brimming with curiosity.

‘How can someone be this cute?’

As Ji Yeon picked up a caramel popcorn and popped it into Kang Hyun’s mouth, he pretended to bite her fingers along with it—“chomp”—and Ji Yeon immediately burst into laughter.

“Your mother?”

“Yes. I’d like to get closer to her, but I’m not sure what she enjoys. Could you give me some advice? I’m planning to ask her out on a little date.”

Kang Hyun tilted his head, pondered for a moment, then seemed to remember something.

“Mother loves flowers and art. She often visits exhibitions and even paints oil paintings as a hobby. She also used to adore making ceramics—there was a time when she made an incredible number of them. Most of the dishes we use at our main house were crafted by her, and she’s given many away as gifts too.”

“So she’s really passionate about the arts.”

“Yes, and she also loves music—old and new, she doesn’t discriminate. She even goes to year-end concerts of her favorite singers with her friends. Oh, and there’s a musical actress she absolutely adores—she never misses that actress’s shows. Once, she dragged me along to see one too.”

“Oh my, her taste is really similar to mine.”

“Is that so? Hmm… That just means I haven’t fully grasped your preferences yet. I’m sorry.”
