Woo Yeon’s daily life was the very essence of tranquility.

She still woke up at five in the morning out of long-standing habit, and just as before, she started her mornings quietly with a cup of tea or by reading alone.

She’d stop by the swimming pool, have breakfast, and then diligently clean the house in the afternoon. The rest of her time was spent entirely watching the news.

Right before the evening news, Woo Sik sent her a message.

Woo Yeon’s eyes faintly crinkled as she read the message. She considered replying but ultimately decided against it.
