Turning irritably, Jeong Hoon saw the man in the black hoodie, the one Ina had seen earlier outside the bar.
“Enough,” said the man in a deep voice, causing Jeong Hoon to furrow his brows.
“What? Who are you?”
Ignoring Jeong Hoon’s question, the man simply looked at Jeong Hoon’s hand gripping Ina’s wrist.
“First, let go of her hand,” the man insisted.
“What? This bastard?”
Jeong Hoon yelled, and the man looked at him coolly.
“Who are you calling a bastard?”
“What? This bastard really!”
Jeong Hoon threw a punch at the man, who easily dodged it. Drunk, Jeong Hoon staggered and fell to the side.

Ina, stunned by the sudden turn of event
Jeong Hoon, breaking free from his friends, swung a punch at the man. This time, the man didn’t dodge but grabbed both of Jeong Hoon’s wrists tightly. Jeong Hoon struggled to free himself, but his hands trembled under the man’s formidable grip. The man stared down Jeong Hoon with a fierce look, his expression unchanging.
One of Jeong Hoon’s friends grabbed the man’s collar, yelling for him to let go.
“Read the room, will you?” The man gestured towards Ina, who was sitting with her hand covering her mouth.
“What?” Jeong Hoon’s friends finally turned to look at Ina.
“This guy’s ‘esteemed’ friend was trying to drag this lady away by force.”
Shocked, Jeong Hoon’s friends looked at Ina with confused eyes. Ina, who had been sitting dazedly until then, slowly stood up. She touched her sore mouth and saw blood on her fingers, from the cut caused by Jeong Hoon’s elbow.
Ina’s friends, seeing the blood on her lips, stared at Jeong Hoon speechlessly. Ina then slowly approached the man holding Jeong Hoon’s wrist.
She gestured for the man to let go. The man looked at Ina curiously, then immediately released his grip.
As soon as the man let go, Ina raised her right hand and slapped Jeong Hoon across the face. The sound echoed as Jeong Hoon’s head turned to the side.
Surprised, Jeong Hoon looked at Ina, about to retaliate, but the man grabbed his wrist again.

“Yeah, I must be crazy to have dated a guy like you for five months,” Ina spat at Jeong Hoon.
Jeong Hoon’s eyes widened as Ina removed the ring he had insisted on getting for their 100-day anniversary and stuffed it in his jacket pocket.
“Take this ring and disappear from my life.”
Jeong Hoon’s gaze began to waver at Ina’s words.
“If you contact or come after me after this time, I’ll dig up the CCTV footage and sue you for assault. And if you even think of suing this man here, I’ll sue you too.”
At Ina’s words, Jeong Hoon looked at her in shock, and the man chuckled amusingly.
Jeong Hoon glared at Ina and the man in turn.
“What? You two know each other? Right? Hey, Seo Ina! Have you been cheating? Huh?”
Jeong Hoon yelled, his eyes bloodshot.
The man laughed softly, and Ina, touching her forehead, said to Jeong Hoon’s friends.

“Can you take him away? I’m about to call the police.”
Jeong Hoon’s friends, startled, grabbed his arm, but he shook them off and yelled at Ina.
“Hey! Aren’t you going to answer straight? When did you start seeing this guy? Huh? You want to die?”
As Jeong Hoon shouted, the man moved towards him, but Ina raised her hand to stop him.
The man looked at Ina, who apologized, then walked towards Jeong Hoon.
Ina approached Jeong Hoon, who glared at her with bloodshot eyes, and said sharply.
“Cheating? When did you ever give me time to cheat? You picked me up every day, stuck to me all day on weekends, and followed me when I was with friends, waiting until we parted! Aside from working and sleeping, you clung to me like a leech, not letting me breathe, and now you ask if I cheated? Is your brain made of noodle strands?”
At Ina’s final remark, the man standing beside her burst into a short laugh.
Jeong Hoon, with a dazed look, stared at Ina, who gestured for someone to take him away. His friends quickly dragged him off, and Jeong Hoon, even while being pulled away, turned to look back at Ina.
Once Jeong Hoon and his friends had disappeared, Ina, feeling as if a storm had just passed, sighed deeply and turned to look at the man.
The man also shifted his gaze towards Ina.

Ina swallowed reflexively, tasting the blood in her mouth, and felt a bitterness as strong as the flavor of blood. She lowered her head to thank the man.
“I don’t know what to say… Thank you. It’s rare these days for someone to step in and help, especially when it’s not their own matter.”
Instead of responding, the man picked up Ina’s scarf from the ground and handed it to her.
As Ina awkwardly reached out to take the scarf, the man removed his baseball cap.
His face was beautiful, almost sculpted – with pale, clear skin, thick eyebrows, deep-set, soulful eyes under a prominent nose. Ina’s eyes narrowed as she looked at the man.
Unknowingly observing him closely, she tilted her head in curiosity.
“Why do I feel like I’ve seen you before? You don’t seem unfamiliar.”
At Ina’s murmured words, the man smiled wryly and looked straight into her eyes.
“Were you wondering? Now that you see me up close, do you recognize who I am?”
Ina blinked in confusion at his words, and the man leaned closer, saying,

“Right, Seo Ina?”
Male lead is reincarnated to save his wife
I’ve also read this one twice already. The female lead is kinda soft and gets embarrassed easily—not really my type, but the plot is definitely worth reading. Hurry up and read it, y’all!
Intro
When Shen Yuan encountered Su Jin again in his previous life, she had already become the Prime Minister of the current dynasty. As for him, the former top young master of the capital, he had long since fallen into the abyss, becoming a singer on a pleasure boat.
After a song ended, he was redeemed and sent to the Su Residence.
Su Jin respected and cherished him, gave him a roof over his head, and bestowed him with warmth. Shen Yuan fell deeper and deeper, but before he could express his feelings, Su Jin passed away.
Shen Yuan died to follow her in death, but instead, he returned to when he was fifteen years old.
At that time, he was not yet engaged, and Su Jin was just a poor scholar.
Shen Yuan gritted his teeth, casting aside all his pride, and thought of ways to coax and entice her every day.
The colder and more indifferent Su Jin was towards him, the more proactive Shen Yuan became.
He was not afraid of being mocked by the world, only wanting to marry his Wife-master early, to hold her hand and never let go for a lifetime.
[Note: This story will not specifically point out the male lead’s reincarnation time point; it’s all in the details. Whenever you feel that the male lead is acting strangely, he has most likely been reincarnated.]
