After seating Si Hoo and Si Yul in the back seat car seats and putting Green in the passenger seat, Sunwoo couldn’t hide his satisfaction.

Although Hanna had accused Sunwoo of letting Green and the kids get kidnapped, he wasn’t emotionally generous enough to consider his wife’s friends’ circumstances.

Ever since Si Yul was born after Si Hoo, Green’s attention inevitably shifted toward the children.

Green wasn’t even aware of it, but Sunwoo struggled to accept the reality that he kept getting pushed to second place in her life.

Still, letting Green catch him being jealous of the kids would’ve been a blow to his pride.

At least around the time Si Yul was born, work had piled up at the office, so Sunwoo had been too busy dealing with it to dwell on anything else.

But now that the urgent fires were out, he grew impatient with the desire to quickly become Green’s most important person again, just like before.

Thus, today, Sunwoo had secretly made a plan of his own.

“Mr. Sunwoo, aren’t we going to our house?”

Green, lounging comfortably in the passenger seat, realized Sunwoo wasn’t heading home and asked with a puzzled look.

“Oh, we’re going to Seongbuk-dong.”

“To Father and Mother?”

“Yeah. Mom said she wants Si Hoo and Si Yul to come over. She’s going to sleep with the kids.”

Caught off guard by Sunwoo’s sudden announcement, Green flustered.

“I didn’t even bring anything to sleep in at your parents’ place.”
