“Did you lose your apartment access card? All of them, without a single one left?”

“Yes. Please reissue all of them. So that whoever found them can’t use them!”

Sunwoo lied without even blinking.

Whether it was Jin Young Cheol or anyone else, he had no intention of tolerating someone who hadn’t been allowed by him or Green sitting inside their home.

Yet the building manager’s reaction was unexpected. He actually looked pleased.

“How about taking this opportunity to try the mobile access card?”

“Mobile access card?”

“If you just install the app on your smartphone, the family representative can issue mobile access cards.”

“If I don’t issue them, no one can enter, right?”

“Of course. They won’t be able to get into the house, not even the main entrance on the first floor. It’s been in place for six months—didn’t you know?”

As the manager looked at the young couple as if wondering why they hadn’t known until now, Green’s face turned red.

The homeowner Sunwoo had been away from the apartment for over a year, and the only people coming and going were Green and Madam Ahn Sung, so even though there were announcements and notices posted in the elevator, they hadn’t paid much attention.

The manager handed Sunwoo an instruction manual that explained in detail how to install and use the app.

“Just follow these steps. For occasional visitors other than family, you can issue them a one-time QR code.”

When Sunwoo agreed to the mobile access card, one of the staff members shouted happily.
