Tae Kyung pressed his dry eyes.

“I was on my way; I couldn’t check it. What’s up?”

“We have two guests. One had a pre-scheduled appointment with you, so I’ve placed them in the guest room. The other doesn’t have an appointment but is a familiar face to me…”

Tae Kyung didn’t need to hear the rest. If someone was put in his office without his permission, they must be a well-known figure who would prefer not to be seen.

He probably knew they had some connection through the broadcasts, and maybe he sensed the subtle emotions between Tae Kyung and Woo Yeon.

It would’ve been harsh to send her away unceremoniously for not having an appointment and uncomfortable for her to be with Jae Hee in the guest room.

In that case, Lee team leader had a good intuition.

To the work-focused Tae Kyung, Woo Yeon was an exceptionally special existence.

Tae Kyung straightened his tie.

“Bring the guest from the guest room.”

“Yes, Chairman.”

Shortly after, Jae Hee appeared, making a ‘V’ sign and clinging to Tae Kyung.

“Brother!”

She tried to appear close to him by even linking arms, but Tae Kyung gave her a sharp look.

It’s perplexing how she still acts like a child even past thirty.

He gave her a look that said ‘grow up’, and Jae Hee pouted her lips.
