Captured into the Bedroom of the Enemy Emperor (1 Chapters Left to Complete) - Chapter 50
Patrick approached the Emperor, who was seated in a mobile chair preparing to return to his quarters, and asked about tomorrow’s schedule and Princess Tane’s return date. The Emperor only widened his eyes and chewed something, his mouth moving without uttering a word.
“I’m glad Your Highness shows such interest. We plan to visit the Kaosan site tomorrow.”
“Your Majesty seems unwell.”
“Your Highness Patrick looks much healthier. Perhaps it’s time to return to Tane.”
“The air in Karsik is quite clean. Thus, I intend to stay a bit longer.”
“So you have a reason to remain here, then?”
“Yes, I do—a clear reason to stay longer. By the way…”
Patrick bent down so closely that the Empress Consort’s red hair nearly brushed his lips and whispered into her ear.
“Perhaps you should use a bit less poison on His Majesty.”
“What… what did you just say… insolent…”
“You understand perfectly well, don’t you? Consider what would happen to your position should His Majesty pass away now. Have a pleasant night.”
Patrick knew. The Emperor was barely holding on thanks to Pamila’s poison—it wasn’t a matter of reducing or increasing the dosage.
The poison staining the hem of the Empress Consort’s gown was already eating away at Tane’s imperial house. The only way to eradicate corruption and fraud was to swiftly tear it out by the roots.
He was certain that investigating Luken, the border city housing Lasbur Company’s base, and Torun Kingdom’s garnet mines would clearly reveal the source of corruption. He needed to secure enough time to visit both places.
‘Your Majesty, please hold on until then.’

Cold Male Lead Became My Clingy Husband (Female-Dominant)
Feng Bai Su transmigrated into a matriarchal novel, becoming the sister of the female protagonist and the Seventh Princess of the Feng Ling Kingdom.
After working herself to death in her previous life, finally reincarnating as a princess, she only wanted to be a lazy fish who could eat, sleep, and play.
Until she met the male protagonist from the book, Wei Jing Mo, and he took a liking to her!
Wei Jing Mo is the top young man in Feng Ling City, talented in both appearance and ability, from a prestigious family, with a cold and otherworldly appearance, a figure like the bright moon in the hearts of noble ladies. It was thought that only the most powerful and talented noble lady in Feng Ling City would be worthy of such a brilliant young man. Who knew that this young gentleman would secretly admire the infamous Seventh Princess?
Short scene 1:
Feng Bai Su looked at the young man crying like a pear blossom in the rain before her, and couldn’t help but doubt her life.
Wasn’t the male lead described as a cold and otherworldly figure in the book?
Then who was this poor little thing crying with swollen red eyes and tear-stained face?
Short scene 2:
Wei Jing Mo stared intently at Feng Bai Su who was about to go out, wanting to say, “Be careful on the road.”
Before he could speak, Feng Bai Su suddenly bent down and bit his cheek.
Her peach blossom eyes were full of disdain: “Tsk! You’re so clingy!”
Wei Jing Mo: “…”
A talented fox spirit female lead with a flirtatious appearance but actually abstinent VS A cold-looking but actually naive and clingy little jealous male lead

Oh! Harcen made a surf board and have Patricia surfing at the sea? That’s so nice of him! If I were her, I too would be thrilled as I riding the waves.
Could it be the grave with the red hibiscus is the late Empress’ (a.k.a Patricia and Patrick’s mom) grave? Talk about cutting onion.
Oh Dear. This must be before Patricia have her memory regressed from the poison’s side effect on the summary and only recognized Harchen from their academy days. This is so awful.
