“As for her whereabouts after leaving the capital…”

“I’m sorry.”

Demil’s apology meant they had no idea where Ivenel had gone. Searching for her across this vast imperial land was no different from seeking a needle in a desert of sand.

“Is there anywhere else the young lady might have gone?”

At Feldin’s question, Demil shook his head. He had thoroughly investigated every place connected to Ivenel, yet found nothing.

Moreover, Lia, who had been deeply shocked by recent events, also seemed completely unaware of why Ivenel had disappeared or where she might be.

“Could it really be because of what happened yesterday?”
