Ja Kyung and Eun Su’s eyes met. Eun Su flinched slightly but didn’t look away.

Ja Kyung lifted the corner of her mouth faintly.

“It’s a bit awkward at someone else’s home. If you have time, shall we grab a cup of coffee outside instead?”

“I was actually hoping to meet you after hearing about you from Ju Han.”

Sitting across from Ja Kyung at the café right in front of them, Eun Su couldn’t think of what to say and could only offer an awkward smile.

“You two really are connected by fate. I’ll let the part about meeting during your reckless youth slide, but I never expected you’d still be seeing each other now.”
