It differed from the bead factory in many ways, which had been simple and monotonous.

Among these differences, the fact that teamwork was essential stood out the most—and it was precisely this that Eloise liked.

Thanks to Mr. Osborn’s consideration, she didn’t have to witness the slaughtering itself, but as he guided her through every corner of the meat factory, Eloise suddenly found herself thinking:

“Wouldn’t it be more fitting to call this a large farm rather than a factory?”

It was as if six or so animal farms from Mayberry had been merged into one.
