This was because they believed the war’s origin lay solely with Bert.

However, as the Empire’s atrocities continued with the apparent intent to erase Bert entirely from the map, the international community finally stirred into action.

World leaders who vividly remembered the tragedies of the continental war half a century prior convened a joint summit, urging the Empire to withdraw.
