Tae Sang calmly added his explanation, showing no sign of embarrassment.

“The defining feature of this piece is how the motif introduced at the beginning gradually expands toward the latter half. If my memory serves me right, I believe it’s Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No. 7?”

“Yes… that’s correct.”

“I like it.”

His appreciation was far shorter than his explanation—almost as if he’d stumbled midway. Yet Young Jin seemed to like his manner, letting out a soft chuckle.

“Well, I don’t exactly dislike it either.”

Not exactly warm, but light enough to feel easygoing. Da Jung, feeling more at ease, spoke up.

“Young Jin said she was hungry. Let’s go eat soon.”

“Okay.”

The three exited the concert hall and headed toward the parking lot behind it.

As they walked side by side, Tae Sang casually tossed out a few questions about the piano, lightly guiding the conversation.

Neither too brief nor overly long—the exchange of questions and answers. At first, both seemed almost too blunt, yet the more Da Jung listened, the more natural it felt.

Da Jung subtly fell back a little, watching their backs as if savoring the view. Their broad shoulders looked reassuring and comforting.

“Get in the back together.”

At the car, Tae Sang opened the rear door and said this. Da Jung smiled faintly in thanks and sat beside Young Jin.
