“But, what is all this?”

As soon as I arrived at work, I spotted three neatly arranged boxes beside my desk in the hallway—each obviously heavy at first glance. They were tightly sealed, so I couldn’t even sneak a peek inside.

After aimlessly hovering around those massive, trunk-like boxes, I quickly gave up and headed back to my seat—when suddenly Hyun Su approached me, grinning ear to ear.

“What’s all this stuff?”

“No idea.”

“Oh, Nuna. Who doesn’t know you’re pretending not to know? It’s basically a challenge to guess.”

“Hmm… A4 paper?”

“You’re seriously just throwing out random guesses.”

“Well, the way you’re smirking so sneakily made me think I wouldn’t get it right anyway.”

“‘Sneakily’? That’s a bit….”

Just then, Jung Eun, walking toward us, cut off Hyun Su mid-sentence.

“Those are fan letters and gifts addressed to Director Kim.”

“Huh… what?”

“Maybe it’s because word got around that he’s been coming in and out of our broadcasting station for movie preparations. Letters and gifts keep arriving addressed to Director Kim. They’ve been collecting them as they come—one by one—and already those three enormous boxes are completely full. So they’re sending them today to Director Kim’s house in Tokyo.”

“Oh… So everything inside those huge boxes is fan mail and gifts sent to Jun?”
