Sa Rang couldn’t help but keep noticing Do Han sitting beside her, even while she was working.

It was only natural that there’d be no assigned tasks on one’s first day.

Back when she’d just joined the company as a new hire, she’d spent the entire day sitting stiffly, nervously waiting for her mentor to give her something to do.

For about a week, she’d been so idle that she kept wondering, “Is it really okay to do absolutely nothing like this?”

Everyone had been too busy with their own work to pay attention to a new recruit.

At most, someone would occasionally pass by to say hello or invite her out for coffee.

So, there was no reason to worry just because Do Han had been silently sitting beside her for two hours straight, reading a book about his new role.

Besides, they’d just wrapped up a project and were enjoying a brief respite—there truly wasn’t anything urgent for him to do right now.
