“Get out right now. This hospital will never issue a death certificate for your wife. Take her and go. You’ll have to face police questioning.”
Hyun Woo’s low voice came out utterly hoarse. His eyes, having forcefully suppressed the explosive rage, sank into dull exhaustion.
“It’s supposed to bring salvation if you don’t touch her body with a knife!”
But the man’s words poured gasoline onto the smoldering embers of anger Hyun Woo had tried so hard to quell.
“You insane bastard!”
Hyun Woo raised his fist again, clutching the man’s collar. His arm trembled violently midair—it wouldn’t strike as his heart demanded.
